EDITORIAL FROM THE CEO

These are the dog days of winter. We've made our
resolutions and many of us are realizing that they're
going to be harder to keep than we thought. But the
early part of the year is also a good time to reflect
upon the previous year and realize what we have
accomplished and what we can be thankful for.
Indeed, 2013 was a year of change at Huetiful. In March,
we were a sponsor at Paris' National Hair Academy
and traveled to Amsterdam to open up our European
warehouse and shipping operations. Maintaining a base
of operation within Europe allows for us to serve our
European customers faster and at a lower price for them.
In September, we visited the mountains of the Dominican
Republic seeking out organic ingredients for our hair
care collection due out this spring. In early November, I
traveled to Tokyo and Hong Kong to seek out emerging
beauty and ingredient trends. And in between all of this,
we did our second Huetiful Hair Idol photo shoot with
the Monroe Sisters, Meechy and MsVaughn.
Perhaps my most exciting accomplishment was the
expansion of our salon service. Chicago's historic south
side neighborhood, Bronzeville, is now the site of our
second salon. We've replicated and expanded our
Atlanta healthy hair care service; offering a full range of
natural, healthy hair services for those seeking to restore
or maintain healthy natural hair in their desired style.
Between the two cities, we now have 7 professionally
licensed and Huetiful certified stylists offering
exceptional hair care and styling services.
